I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location on top of the hill provided breathtaking views from my room. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable, and their generosity and attentiveness made my stay truly excellent. Additionally, the hotel provided ample parking and transportation options, making it easy for me to explore this city.
Nothing to complain about, everything was excellent.

The value was great - a pretty big suite, beautiful surroundings.
Wireless internet was only available in the reception area, not in the rooms. The facility is also a bit old.

They were closing the day we left and did not inform us. The morning of our departure it was like being in a construction zone without any consideration for guests. Very unprofessional to not let us know the situation at check in or any earlier in our stay.

We had an amazing romantic escape at this hotel! the room was cozy and had a stunning view of the surrounding nature. the complimentary wine and chocolates were a nice touch. the staff was friendly and gave us great tips on nearby hiking trails and romantic dinner spots. We also enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet and the variety of options it offered.
The road leading to the hotel was a bit challenging to navigate with our compact car. the Wi-Fi signal in the room was weak, but we were able to use it in the lobby.

It is round about nothing really to critisize. It is a good balance between price and service. Staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. We have prolonged our stay one day.
Not so very far from a often used street, but the noise is moderate.

Great views and comfortable stay. With nice apartments that provide beautiful views, comfortable and clean rooms, staying here ensures you wake up to an amazing view of the serene environment around you. The location of the hotel is also superb as it offers peace and quiet, away from city life. the friendly staff made the experience enjoyable.
Poor internet connectivity and transportation. The hotel has poor internet connections that need upgrading, making remote working difficult.

The staff were very helpful! And the room was very, very clean! We were glad not to be in the city as it is very busy and noisy in Bariloche. The local bus ride into town is quick and cheap.
The rooms are somewhat 'tired' and need some renovation.

This hotel is situated on a tree-surrounded slope, offering a tranquil and refreshing location away from the town center. the rooms have a great view and are clean and comfortable. the staff is accommodating and even provided breakfast in advance when we had to leave early. the kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of utensils.
Some staff members were not as hospitable and welcoming.

The service at Aldea Andina was phenomenal.
The place could use a few repairs, as some of the paint was chipping in various places.

The staff were helpful in booking outdoor activities.
The breakfast was minimal. Toast and coffee. Also, the food at the restaurant is so so. Most of the food is extremely bland and needed salt and tabasco.

The staff were amazing, very concerned about you on a personal level, always going above and beyond the call of duty for you.

The staff is great, very polite. The breakfast was very good (I was afraid because I saw some bad comments about that), but in my opinion was great. What I like the most was the "adventure raftig" i got at Rio Manso. Was really exciting!!
